    Could always do what I do... Take the bits down to my local Napa and say 'I
    need me one of these!'

    Fortunately you're dealing with a Girling cylider which is used on a wide
    variety of vehicles, and the fitting too should be easy to replace. Take
    the parts to a good auto parts supplier and they should be able to match you
    up.
