I saw a very nice 109 with all the bells and whistles a couple of years
ago - had a spray-on bedliner on all the floors and seat boxes. However, it
was applied ON TOP OF the floorboard fasteners. Gonna be very sorry about
that when the time comes to remove the floors and seatbox. Dunno what the
solution is... masking? Probably don't want to bed fasteners into the
stuff.
Teeny bit OT: There is a Toy LC on the island that has bedliner applied on
the OUTSIDE of the fenders, like fender flares, and across the nose and
tailgate. It makes the two-paint job a three-tone job, dark below to light
above. I'm sure it shrugs off the brambles and scratches. It looks nice,
but the owner said it has peeled off a couple of times.

Subject: [lro] Rhino-lining a SIII CSW
Anyone out there Rhino-lined their Landy? I was thinking of having my 72
SIII 109" CSW's floors done from stem to stern. Easy to clean up and might
cut down on some noise, right? We had one of our fire dept. brush trucks
Rhino lined a couple of years ago and it's held up very well, even with the
abuse it gets subjected to.
Thoughts, opinions, laughter, words of knowledge?
