Can feel like a lot of things - when they get bad you can
get chirping, squealing on overrun, vibration on
overrun...lots of different things.
Way to tell is to take the shaft off and check the joints
for play/wear/binding. If you feel anything amiss the joint
needs to be replaced.
Good ones are only 10 bucks apiece or so.
