Shop around and use brand name joints (Spicer etc...) These joints are
commonly available at most parts houses worldwide.

I'd recommend measuring your old joints too as my SII had a mixture of S11A
and SIII yokes which lead to no end of confusion for me.
I'd also recommend NOT following the instructions in the green bible (page
8-D). Put the hammer on the shelf and use a vice to squeeze the new caps
into place. No matter how gentle I was, using a hammer just sent 100 tiny
needle bearings scattering across the floor. Page 8-D is stained with a few
tears in my book.
