It could be custom built on any vehicle with full floating rear axles but
I wouldn't recommend using 10 spline axles. Coiler 10 spline are better than
Series 10 splines but you might as well upgrade to 24 spline since
everythings replaced with the exception of the short axle so the only extra
cost would be cost of the short axle.
As far as the steel wheels go, it depends upon what steel wheels you are
using. Rostyle steel wheel swould need the center hole enlarged.
