Other than that, I will lay very long odds that you've
managed to leave the big brown wire disconnected from the
hot battery cable.
COmpletely dead is usually easy to find/fix. Trace the hot
battery cable in its travels and make sure it connects to
the harness as it's supposed to.
Ground is good too - that needs to tie to both the battery,
frame and the engine block.
