And when someone creates a virus that infects vehicle ECUs, my Land Rovers
and Mini will be superior vehicles. If nobody creates viruses for Macs, and
thus they don't get sick, then they could be superior. I try to stay inside
the 10 percent. It's safer there.

HI Guys,
Macs are not immune from virus attacks - there is no inherent superiority in
the mac architecture in this regard. Fact is less than 10% of computers on
the planet are mac based - if all of them crashed at the same time due to a
virus, nobody would even notice! Virus programmers want more action than
that !

Jim: You're the second person I've met this year who "saves" viruses on his
computer. One of our volunteer firefighters, who is also our tech support
guy, collects them on his Mac. I'd never even paid attention to viruses
until two years ago when I switched from working at a newspaper that was all
Mac-based to our PC-based system at the fire dept. We spend more bloody
money on virus software. . .

Not job security from me. Never had an anti-virus program. I just pay
attention to my e-mail, and don't use IE or Outlook. In fact for some
reason, I decided to save the different viruses I recieve, sort of a
collection I guess. And no, my computer has never been infected.
