    Mine is leaky too. It is cheaper for me to add lube than change the seals,
    so that's what I do, every two weeks or so, I add about 1/4 cup. I'd say it
    is about 1/2 cup every month.

    I've often thought of lube-related transfer case mods as well.

    I've thought of ordering a new cover plate, welding on the "extra volume"
    then drilling some holes top and bottom of the plate to let the oil flow.
    Keeping the plate intact would help it stop from warping while adding the
    plated for extra volume.

    Also thought of tapping the top case and adding a filler hose to add lube
    from topsides.
