Wouldn't an old set of points tell them everything they need to know about
where the mounting points are and where the lobe of the cam is in relation
to the bit that rides on the cam? Also, a cap for the 25d dizzy fits the
DM2P4 unit, so there is ample room...

I just got back from an enforced vacation (SWMBO got some recognition at the
salt mine) and I am 170+ messages behind the LRO list - apologies if this
    has been covered...

As is frequently the case, my potential plans are far ahead of my
execution and I haven't as of yet attempted to install one and after reading
your note I realize that you are correct that there is currently not an
applicable Pertronics available for the early distributor.
On a positive note, I have found Pertronics to be very receptive to
developing new applications because usually all they have to do is supply a
new mounting plate, which is very easy to do. Do you (or anyone else on this
list) happen to have an old worn out Series One distributor they would be
willing to lend to me for a couple of months to supply to them for a sample?
If all else fails I could use the one in my rig but I'm trying to keep the
disassembly to a minimum as I keep removing things and haven't yet actually
put anything back on it yet!
