do you have 'speed fasteners' in the States?

They are a self-tapper with a bolt head, about 10mm if I remember rightly.
 I've replaced all my floor fasteners with them, in and out in a trice with
a small ratchet and socket.
 I've also used them on the grill and in all sorts of other places.
