    Doesn't it still have camber and caster, except they are
    non-user-adjustable? At least not easily.

    Caster can change as spring length changes, among other things, like
    bushings.

    Camber can change with wheel bearing and swivel wear. Granted, by minute
    amounts, but they can change.
