When I pulled the body off my truck I built a frame over the truck diectley over the windscreen and another over the rear axle.
I pulled the radiator panel off and removed the drivers side fender(wing)
I then pulled all the bolts that hold the body on the frame.
then with the body loose I used my highlift to lift the frame and body as a unit then secured the body to the frames over head.
I had to repeat the process many times to take up the strech in the ropes in order to be able to roll the fram out from under the body.
by the way if your truck has seat belts those bolts also go through the seat box and into brackets on the frame.
