    STOP! If the engine is seized, you may do additional damage.

    Before you do anything else, pull the plugs out and shoot Marvel Mystery Oil
    http://www.autobarn.net/chmm013.html or similar substance into the cylinders.

    Walk away. For a week. I'm serious.

    Next weekend, try to hand turn the engine without the spark plugs in. Be sure
    the truck is not in gear, etc.

    If it won't turn by hand, it is most likely bound up to a degree that will
    require a rebuild.
