Chalk this up to a dumb Yankee engineer, but it seems to me
that from 7:1 > 8:1 and 8:1 > 9:1 that the longer and
shorter stock pushrods should work, no? After all, we are
only altering the head height .1 inches in either instance.
I've used 7:1 pushrods on an 8:1 head....worst case just
use two gaskets on the valve cover or a thicker gasket to
space things out a bit?
Or am I missing something basic here?
