    Actually, it's just as easy to describe. Looking at the top
    of the wing on the driver's side (whichever that may be)
    you simply cut the top of the wing free from the outer
    panel, and cut it just back of the mounting for the
    mudshield.

    The resulting flap is then hinged at the mudshield end, and
    anchored at the other end by either the wing top mounting
    bolts or some other means.

    Not under, in. On the right side of the transmission tunnel
    (think just opposite the top of the hydraulic cylinder)
    late IIs and IIAs (don't remember on IIIs) have a hole
    covered with a rubber bung. It's just big enough to wrangle
    in a box wrench to open and close the bleeder fitting.
