    The other problem I've had is the motor not being mounted square to
    the windshield. If the shaft doesn't go through the hole straight,
    it binds a bit, losing speed. On Mr Sinclair, I had to shim the
    driver's side motor -- using a used exhaust manifold gasket -- to get
    it to work well.
