    ...and do tell, Ben, how exactly did you clean out the scuttle vent hinge
    holes? I can't get a drill near them! I'm leaving mine bare on the inside
    but painting it on the outside...no warping here either (unless you count
    that the operator at the galv. yard dropped a 60 ft high voltage
    transmission tower into the vat "ON TOP" of my bulkhead! ...that did take a
    bit-o-bending, what I call a "forming adjustment", to correct...and they
    didn't charge me for that dip!

    On the galvanizing front, it worked quite nicely - no significant warpage to
    speak of. The only problems I had were that there are lots of places for
    the zinc to puddle, and so there was some grinding to be done to clean it
    up. Also, all the "tubes" (bolt holes, front vent flap mount holes, etc)
    filled up with zinc and they were a cast iron b!+(# to clean out.
