I had the pleasure of seeing that truck (or an unreasonable
facsimile of it) at a "Brit Cars by The Sea" event in CT a
few years back.
That was one scary-looking piece of engineering...it had
been bobtailed and the splitter gear mounted right to the
chassis.
Funny thing was - it came to the event on the back of a 109
tow truck! Said truck had had wrecker gear and a V6
powerplant infliced on it...crude but effective.
I wonder how many rear halfshafts that thing got through?
