    I have seen military series 3 109s with single speed wipers so this is
    likely what you have. It is also entirely possible that the wiper motor
    is a 2 speed unit but the low speed was deleted at the switch to meet
    mil spec.
    The wiper motor needs :- a switched power wire for at least one speed, a
    power wire switched only by the ignition switch for the self parking and
    a ground (this is usually a black wire grounded to the bulkhead near the
    motor), it MIGHT have have a second switched power wire for low speed.
    The little switch at the bottom is the washer switch and is a simple
    single pole momentary contact switch with 2 tabs.
