    Indeed. Charlie Haigh is one of - if not *the* most knowledgeable Rover
    mechanic this side of the pond. He is one of the few people to have
    actually built a new Rover...from scratch (no donor vehicle). Of course,
    being the chief mechanic at Rovers North helped....
