    You can expect to pay about C$7.00 per kilogram plus misc fees and service
    charges for Air Cargo service from the UK to the west coast of Canada
    (minimum charge of about $100.00). Rates to the US should be similar. This
    works out to about USD 5.00 per kg or $2.50 per pound With a minimum charge
    of about $70.00.

    These are Airport to Airport rates.

    Watch the dimensional rates (size of box) as light items packed in big boxes
    will cost a fortune...
