I agree with Patrick, unless you have a specific need to buy original or
exotic then check out your local muffler shops.
This weekend I had a guy in a small four-bay shop take a look underneath
the SII. In about twenty minutes he had pulled generic pipe and muffler
off the rack and bunged it into place. I had everything replaced from the
end of the exhaust down-pipe to the tail pipe for $179 CDN which if you
take off the tax is about $100 US.
I live in an area where salt is rarely if every used on the roads so I
fully expect many years out this exhaust.
