Many people have had problems with other types of fluid, ans many people
haven't. I did, and had to rebuild both brake and clutch MC's within
months of putting in new dot3. I now use Castrol GT/LMA from Pep Boys.
Supposidly Canadian Tires? brand is fine to use.
