AFAIK, under exisiting laws, this can only legally happen in three ways.
An existing NAS VIN is used to "modify" a truck to your desire. This is
how ECR does it.
A truck from the same model year as those legally imported by LRNA is
modified to meet the same NAS specs. $$$$$$$$$$$
A series serial number is used and the vehicle is registered as such.
For example, there is NO way for a 1989 110 to meet _Federal_
regulations in the US. It appears that some states may make it "legal"
(Florida, for example) but those vehicles are not legal under currently
published federal regulations.
If it was easy, wouldn't their be a UK dealer doing it?
