Hi all

Well after 255000 KM the LT77 gearbox in my 1993 200 Tdi Defender is due for
replacement.
I'm looking at a few different options:

Replacing the LT77 with a second hand low KM LT77
Replacing the LT77 with a R380 gearbox
Getting the LT77 rebuilt

Can anyone out there offer any advice?
What needs to be changed to fit the R380?
Can anyone suggest someone in Australia to rebuild the existing LT77?
