    I get mine from a cleaning supply distributor. They sell
    lots of bleach/detergent in those. They usually aren't
    free, however. When I used to buy that type of stuff ISTR
    that the drum deposit was around $35. I've been picking
    them up for $20 - great for going over the falls.
