    You might want to check your tyre pressures - the manual has the correct
    figures. I had the tires replaced on my series IIA a few months ago and after
    picking it up was truly terrified at the way it wandered all over the road.
    Three lanes of roadway were not enough. The garage had pumped the tire
    pressure up to 40lbs all round. The correct figure according to the manual is
    25lbs/sq in. front and rear unloaded. Despite much discussion on the list
    about tire pressures, I feel that mother knows best - trust the manual and
    check your pressures first and if you still have a problem, then work your
    way through the steering linkages as others have suggested.
