It all depends on the philosophy of the business retailing
the vehicles. I've been lucky in finding one local outfit
that believes in requiring their salespeople have fairly
good product knowledge. But if you think about how most
people buy vehicles, the trick to selling them has a lot
more to do with psychology than automotive features.
