LRO: Shaft extraction

To remove a stubborn intermediate shaft from the Land Rover transfer box
I have found it useful to rotate the shaft prior to attempting to extract
it. In order to rotate the shaft it is necessary to remove the lock tab,
removal of the stud facilitates this. Then whilst rotating with a
Channel Lock or similar use a lever to apply some end load.
