I'm going to retrofit a Fiat tach into my IIa. The truck was originally
positive earth but has been switched over. TeriAnn's writeup
(http://www.cruzers.com/~twakeman/LR/LRTACH.htm) mentions the need for a
voltage stabilizer for her MG tach. How can I tell if I need one on my truck?
