    I saw a bare galv'd bulkhead in Oregon, I want to say it was on a Series I
    but am not sure. Like Bill said, the door posts look funny but overall I
    think a galv'd bulkhead would be a fantastic addition to any Series Truck.
    And yes, I have heard nightmare stories about warpage when hot dipping these
    things.

    They were left bare. I probably have looked at more than 2
    but with paint unless I asked I wouldn't realize they had been
    galvanized. The only thing really noticeable is the door post
    and top of the bulkhead below the window from outside.
    Inside is a different story.
