    Power required to overcome aerodynamic drag is proportional to the speed
    cubed. So to going 60 mph requires 1.73 times the power of going 50 mph.
    Aerodynamic drag is proportional to the speed squared, and power is force
    times speed. Hence the speed cubed relationship.
