Do check that you have:
- 1" WCs in the rear and the 1.25" WCs in the front;
- that the springs go from leading shoe to post (not shoe to shoe);
- that the steady/pivot posts, and spring posts (both shoe and backing
plate), are not loose;
- that you have leading/trailing shoes in the proper pairs and position;
- snail cams are tight and adjusted properly, as per the manual;
- all air is bled from the system (clamp off each line until you have a firm
pedal to figure out which line has air in it).
