Hello everyone. I'm in the process of resurrecting a trashed Koenig
crank drive winch, and just came from the machine shop where I'm having
some bearings removed and pressed in and having a cannibalized clutch
assy. shaft shortened to work in my winch case. The dog clutch shifter
fork at the bottom of the chain drive case on my winch is broken. The
dog clutch engages and disengages the winch chain drive from the input
shaft driven by the engine. When I took apart the chain drive case on
this winch, the shifter shaft was there, but the broken off stubs of the
    fork were not.

The machinist would like to have a picture, or better, a diagram of this
fork. I have the Koenig exploded parts diagram. I need more detail. At
$60 and a time and materials "quote" because of the "imagineering"
involved, I'd like to give the machinist as much info as I can gather.
Please contact me directly if you can help, as I'm in digest mode, and
the digest hasn't arrived for the last few days.

Of course, if you happen to have one of these forks just laying around,
    please let me know.

And if anyone needs part numbers for all the seals and brgs in a koenig
winch, let me know. I now have them (partly thanks to Bruce Fowler). I
also have some spare parts lying around, as a result of having to buy a
donor winch.... but that's another story altogether.
