I was in Turkey this easter. They seem to have very individual lighting
filosophy. Some cars and heavy trucks didn't turn on lights before it was
absolutely nescessary. Others (every third or so) used the high beams all the
time. Some (many) had only one working headlight. Most headlights were not
adjusted.
After driving 1000km in two days, i developed quite a headache. What a vacation
