    Thank you. I did this on one of my rims many years ago, but
    I had forgotten the Rustoleum color I used until your timely
    posting. I think this is the procedure I will follow when I remove
    the wheels to get new tires installed. Powder coating wheels on a
    utility vehicle that gets used seems like a good-looking, but trouble-
    prone solution.
