    A good powder-coater should be able to match the color. The color palate
    isn't nearly as broad as conventional paint, but it should include something
    close enough for limestone. I don't have any experience with powder-coating
    wheels, so I can't comment, other than to say that powder coating done well
    is much more durable than paint. Surface prep is key.
