    Can anyone suggest a way to clean out and seal a series land rover's fuel
    tanks if they do not leak, but have a lot of loose scale and debris inside.
    Is there a cunning sealant you can slosh around in there and tip out leaving
    a perfectly clean and rust protected tank?
