    Balancing only means that the pistons, con rods and crankshaft will be
    checked to see if they are within 1-2 grams of one another. The crank
    gets spun and checked for harmonic imbalance.
    All this is to help when she spins up to high rpms. At lower, like 3K
    and below, the forces aren't all that great to necessitate the effort.
