I think you'll find that quite a few people would notice. For a start,
Microsoft do all of their product development on Macs - they then run
it through a compiler and publish it as PC code (I felt really superior
when I was told this about 10 years ago). You will also miss all your
big-budget special-effects movies - most of those are developed on
Macs. AND I think you'll find that the Unix-based OS X is extremely
resilient to virii, part of the reason supercomputers rarely go down
with them and part of the reason Apple switched to it.
