the lugs. The rover wheels aren't hub centered, so the hub and the
outside circumference arent' necessarily concentric. (I had a brand
new Dunlop wheel that's way off. If your local tire place can't do
it, try somewhere that works on larger trucks. They tend to have
bigger machines.
