Mr Sawzall is your friend in a situation like this. If a
bushing bolt won't come out, cut it off inside the hangers.
Just did this on the RR from Hell - with a 5/8 inch bolt it
took me 10 minutes or so.
The new springs should come with bushings - if the ones in
the chassis are OK you can just install springs - though
personally I think I'd shoot the shackles and the bushingsd
also and be done with it. It can be done in a weekend.
ALso, right about now the magic word "Polybushes" should be
running through your mind...
