    Al, I'm sure you checked this but take the front shocks, hold them in thier
    installed position, and compress and extend them. They should compress
    relativly easy but extension should have much more resistance, but smooth is
    the key word here. At about the middle of thier travel extend and compress
    them a minute amount and check for freeplay or a dead spot where there is no
    damping. This could cause your problem. Good luck. Mark Love
