I used to heat a pan of water to a boil and dump it into a 5 gallon bucket.
Place the bottles of gear lube in the bucket for 20 minutes or so and it
would pour easier.
I've since broken down and bought a Safeway pump and container. Wouldn't
dream of doing it any other way now.
