Mine did that all the way from Ontario to John and Muddy's in Nova Scotia and
back - at 60 mph and it seemed like every 1/4 mile.
I changed a one Raiko at John's and later tightened the other and put a
steering damper on in my seach for a fix.
It only went away when I put new shocks on.
