Two of the three were wearing the Sporran. Didn't get
enough of a look at the third individual to check out
all the accoutrements. Couldn't think of the name for
the storage device when I first posted. None of these
kilts seemed to be traditional tartans. Sightings
were fleeting glimpses of pedestrians from a moving
car but they weren't utilikilts. Don't remember the
kilts being the plaids of Scot's family tartans,
though.
