The mounts themselves are not terribly expensive. A figure
of 10 bucks each or less comes to mind, including the nuts
to thread on to the mounts themselves. Replacing them is
relatively trivial, though a bit time-intensive as there
are 4 to replace (I always do the transmission mounts at
the same time, because they all tend to be shot from oil,
    ozone and just time).

In a nutshell, what you need to do is undo the mounts on
the engine, jack it up and slip out the old mounts and
mounting brackets to the frame. Replace the mounts (the
rubber and metal bits, not the chassis brackets - they get
reused), slip the new ones in, then set the engine back
down on the mounts and tighten everything up.

Transmission mounts are much the same - undo the nuts to
the transmission mount brackets, then the 4 bolts holding
the other ends and brackets to the chassis. Lift the
transmission with a jack, remove, replace the rubber and
metal bits, slip them back in and tighten everything back
    up.

Not really fiddly, just a bit aggravating sometimes getting
    things in and out.

If you feel the need a garage can do these for you, but
it's not a difficult job at all.
