[lro] Engine will not switch off

    On a 1990 Range Rover, what does it mean has happened, if I turn off the key, AND
    TAKE IT OUT of the ignition and the engine happily stays running. I realise that it
    could lock the steering if driven with the key out, so I do not do this. How can I
    fix it. Thanks.
