    Pat,
When I was researching the Herculiner stuff, I wondered if it was
resistent to brake fluid, which the representative mentioned that it was
not...that might be an easier method than a belt sander...

Any ideas on how to remove a DIY bedliner (Herculiner) from within the rear
    tub?

Cosmetic scrapes and the like are not a problem as I intend to replace it
with "Lava Liner" or something that is sprayed in.

I doubt Goo Gone or solvents will work. Might need to borrow a belt sander.
