I've run across some one on the MG list with some parts for the 3.5l. In
his own words:
By the bye, I have some bits off a Rover 3.5l engine as used in later
Land Rovers, like starter, dizzy, alternator, exhaust manifolds and some
brackets If you know anyone who is looking for bits let them know about
my stash.

If anyone is interested, I'll send you his email.
